ABOUT

l a property Discovery Limited

Luke and Alex, and the team at L A Property Discovery are excited about the future of their business, meeting new clients and building on the relationships already in place.

Hoping to welcome you to their Discovery Experience soon, where you will be offered an independent approach with a personable touch unlike their competitors, whether independent or not, whom often lose this, rather focusing om quality.

Rest assured that you aren’t another number but a valued member of the L A Property Discovery’s family!

L A Property Discovery was founded by two brothers, Luke and Alex who have a wealth of experience from their family businesses and working in the industry for many years.

Although the office is new to Chorlton, the team is highly experience, Luke and Alex were born in the property industry and have a passion that speaks for itself.

Their focus is to create a “discovery” experience for their customers whether they be owners looking to sell their home, buyers and renters looking for their first or follow-on home, or the landlord looking for a trouble free management solution for their investment.

The industry has many obstacles that are forever changing and L A Property Discovery is here to walk you through every step and process, and for those who don’t want to be too involved such as Landlords who want a full management package, L A Property Discovery are the team to make this happen.

A fresh approach for Estate Agency, Letting and Property Management!

We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.

If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).

What will happen next?

  • We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
  • If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
  • We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
  • If you are still not satisfied after the last stage of the in-house complaint procedure (or more than 8 weeks has elapsed since the complaint was first made) you can request an independent review from The Property Ombudsman without charge.
